At WhichMark, we want you to love every item you receive. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
💌 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Must include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase
• Final sale, lingerie, beauty, and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
To start a return:
1. Email us at contact@whichmark.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions
3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed
⏱ Processing Time
• Please allow up to 5–7 business days for inspection after the item is received
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
🚚 Who Covers Return Shipping?
• If the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective: We cover the return shipping cost
• For other returns (e.g., wrong size or change of mind): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
❗️Items That Can’t Be Returned
• Final sale items
• Undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics, or opened personal care
• Customized or personalized products
• Any item marked “Non-returnable” on the product page
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear
